We are conveniently located in downtown Independence, across from the Independence Bike Shoppe.

When you visit our office you will encounter a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. In our Optical Shop you will find a stylish selection of over 500 frames, both classic and ultra-modern! If you're looking for quality care with a personal touch, we hope you'll give us a call.

If you are scheduling an appointment with us, we ask that you complete the three forms located under the Patient Forms tab. Please bring the completed forms with you to your upcoming appointment. Also, if you currently wear glasses and/or contacts bring them with you at the time of your visit. Finally, we ask that you confirm your eye exam eligibility before you schedule an appointment, and be prepared to pay any copays at the time of your visit.
